ON-CALL CCTV, JET/VAC, SEPTIC PUMPING, AND VACUUM EXCAVATION
Pursuant to MGL Chapter 30, Sec. 39M, the City of Gloucester seeks sealed bids, for ON-CALL CCTV, JET/VAC, SEPTIC PUMPING, AND VACUUM EXCAVATION. Bids will be due and opened electronically on November 19, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. on bidnet direct.

. Bids will be available on October 29, 2025 at bidnet direct. Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. A bid deposit in the amount of 5% of the total bid price must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Labor and Materials (Payment) Bond in the amount of 50% of the bid price. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept that which is deemed in the best interest of the City. The City shall not be responsible for proposals arriving late for any reason.
