Public Safety Training Center - Translation Services RFP

Project Description: Bucks County Community College is seeking a fixed firm price for technical translation and on-site interpretation for public safety training courses to be conducted in the following countries: Japan, Spain, and South Korea. Countries may be added or removed based on our clients' needs. Bucks County Community College requests a cost per word for technical translation from English, as well as technical on-site interpretation to be conducted in a classroom and/or outdoors on the training grounds in the elements. Translation is to be priced per word, and on-site interpretation is to be priced on an eight (8) hour workday (Mon-Sat). The College is considering a one (1) or three (3) year contract for translation services.

Proposal and Qualification Statements must be received electronically via PennBid on or before 11:00 am, Prevailing Time, Thursday, September 24, 2026.
