RFI C000851 - IES Financial Management System

On behalf of the New York State Integrated Eligibility System (IES), the New York State Office of Information Technology Services (ITS) is issuing this RFI to gather information for a potential future solicitation for the implementation and maintenance of one (or more) software applications that provide financial management, vendor management, and card management functionality to enhance, support, and integrate with the development of the IES. This software also needs to integrate and interface with other capabilities, provide data exchange seamlessly, and enable strong financial and audit reporting. The IES Program is requesting information from the vendor community regarding the components, configurability, licensure, training, and maintenance of a financial management product to support all IES Financial Management requirements that includes a seamless integration across the whole IES project capabilities, provide data exchange seamlessly, and enable strong financial and audit reporting.
