Project Lead – Student Account Design

The State University of New York (SUNY) seeks to award a single contract to one bidder that will fulfill the role of Project Lead – Student Account Design to develop a Unified Student Information Management (SIM) System. The Unified SIM System is a discrete project being undertaken by the SUNY Office of Information Technology (OIT) for the purpose of rationalizing and consolidating multiple student information systems and supporting technologies across the SUNY System as described herein. The State University of New York intends to make this award under its discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Finance Law §163(6) and NYS Education Law §355(5)(a). This procurement opportunity is limited to New York State certified MWBEs and SDVOBs, pursuant to NYS Executive Law. Project specifications are attached to this advertisement. There is no RFP or IFB. A sealed bid opening will not be held. Inquiries are to be made by email only and only to the email address indicated in the project specifications. Questions are due January 17, 2025, by 5:00 pm eastern time. SUNY will make no reimbursement for travel or travel-related expenses. The University reserves the right to make no award.
