Maintaining Multi-Use Path and Rights of Way: Phase 2

The services described herein consist of providing multi-use path maintenance and landscape maintenance in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions contained herein.

Contract Term: The term of this contract shall be TWO (2) Years from the date of its complete execution and may be renewed for up to TWO (2) additional ONE (1 ) Year periods at the sole discretion of the County.

Walton County maintains a network of multi-use paths along county roads and rights-of-way serving both residents and tourists throughout the county. These paths require regular maintenance to ensure safe and accessible conditions for pedestrians and cyclists. This ITB seeks qualified contractors to provide ongoing maintenance services for the paths identified in the Bid Schedule, including locations funded through the Tourist Development Council (TDC) and Walton County Public Works. Actual path limits are identified in Attachment A – Maintenance Map.
