The 15.4-acre Diamond Site is a remediated brownfield owned by the City of Ogdensburg with expansive St. Lawrence River frontage and views of Canada that stretches a quarter of a mile. Proximate to the southwestern gateway to the City of Ogdensburg and its waterfront, the Diamond Site provides a terrific opportunity to advance the City’s goal of developing its waterfront as a destination in the North Country. The City of Ogdensburg is therefore seeking a partner to redevelop the site in a manner that is compatible with its prominent location and inherent opportunity.
