Identity Consultant Services

Stony Brook University Hospital is seeking a vendor to provide Identity Consultant Services to assist with the day-to-day access requests within the organization. NOTE:

For the purposes of this solicitation, Hospital hereby establishes an overall goal of 30% for MWBE participation, 15% for Minority-Owned Business Enterprises (“MBE”) participation and 15% for Women-Owned Business Enterprises (“WBE”) participation (based on the current availability of qualified MBEs and WBEs). For additional information, please refer to the MWBE requirements outlined in MWBE Prospective Bidder’s Notice (Form 7557-121).

For the purposes of this solicitation, SBUH hereby establishes an overall goal of 6% for SDVOB participation. For additional information, please refer to the SDVOB requirements outlined in SDVOB Prospective Bidder’s Notice (Form 7564-121).
