Bidders can download the Contract Documents for $42 by searching for the project on the QuestCDN website’s Project Search page or selecting the Engineering/Public Work Bid link and then the project on the Burnsville website. Bidders can also view the Contract Documents at either website free of charge.
For this project we will accept only online electronic bids through QuestCDN. Instructions for online bidding are included in the Project Specifications. For electronic bids, electronic bid bonds will also be accepted through Surety 2000 using project # 9539274. The bid bonds must be payable to the City of Burnsville in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of bid, to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the bid is accepted and the bidder shall fail to promptly enter into a written contract and furnish the required bond.
The City of Burnsville reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to award the bid in the best interest of the City. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days.
The Council will consider such bids in the Council Chambers at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 18, 2025.
