ITB #25-18 Leisure Circle Sewer Replacement Project

The project entails sanitary sewer and drainage infrastructure improvements within the east section of the Leisure Circle neighborhood. The scope includes:

• Sanitary Sewer Installation:
  • Installation of three (3) doghouse-style manholes and one (1) traditional-style manhole.
  • Installation of approximately 595 linear feet (LF) of new sewer mains.
  • Installation of approximately 250 LF of sewer laterals.
  • Grout filling of approximately 650 LF of existing sewer mains and three (3) existing manholes.
  • Installation of necessary bypass piping to maintain service during construction.
• Stormwater Drainage Improvements:
  • Replacement of approximately 30 LF of 12-inch reinforced concrete pipe (RCP).
  • Replacement of 24-inch RCP and four (4) associated drainage inlets.
