This is a single source posting notification; there are no solicitation documents for download. This posting is not a Request for Bid (RFB) nor Request for Proposal (RFP).
Minnesota IT Services on behalf of Department of Veterans Affairs (MDVA), will renewal up to 24 months their annual Activity Pro software which includes but not limited to; licensing, PointClickCare integration, annual calendar feature, support services, updates and/or modifications. This renewal will be utilized within the ten (10) separate VA facilities located statewide.
Because Activity Pro retains exclusive ownership rights and is solely responsible for providing the required licensing, maintenance, updates and patches, this has been deemed a single source purchase. The State believes these
products/services are not provided through a 3rd party vendor.
