Description
The City of Alpharetta is interested in hiring a qualified consultant to develop its 2045 Comprehensive Plan Update in accordance with the rules established by the Georgia Department of Community Affairs (DCA) in Chapter 110-12-1. The City¿s two primary objectives are:
A. to produce a comprehensive plan update that guides Alpharetta¿s growth over the next twenty years; and
B. to produce a comprehensive plan update that meets DCA¿s minimum standards in order to maintain the City¿s Qualified Local Government status.
