The Georgia Department of Transportation (Department) is issuing this RFP from experienced firms to enter an agreement to provide ROW Turnkey Services. This RFP seeks to obtain technical and cost proposals from such qualified teams. This solicitation is being conducted by the Department under its authority to procure services ancillary to the construction and maintenance of a public road, as defined in O.C.G.A § 32-1-3, as provided for in O.C.G.A § 32-2-64 and § 32-2-69.
