Project Description: This Request for Proposals (RFP) invites proposals from qualified teams to conduct a comprehensive inventory and analysis of Richland County’s conservation assets, partnership opportunities, and long‐term open space strategies. Selected consultants will work closely with the Richland County and the Richland County Conservation Commission to develop a forward‐looking plan that aligns with the County’s broader conservation goals and community values. All questions must be submitted via the Bonfire portal, to be answered in an addendum.
