The Texas Departmentof Agriculture (TDA or Department), an agency of the State of Texas, issues this REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) to solicit responses from qualified vendors to provide an intensive quality improvement trainingcourse for healthcare quality professionals of rural Texas hospitals. The objective of this project is to develop and implement a training course that will prepare each course participant to take and pass the Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality(CPHQ) examination as administered by the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ) and as further described in this solicitation.
