The scope of this acquisition is for a firm-fixed price, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15; Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for the procurement of National Stock Number (NSN) 5999-00-134-5844. The Government is pursuing a long-term contract, for the duration of a three-year base and two one-year option periods for a potential total of 5 years. The total contract value is not to exceed $998,876.00. This requirement is for DLA stock support in the continental United States (CONUS). At the time of solicitation there is 1 NSN being procured and managed by one MSC - DLA Land and Maritime.
While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and socioeconomics as described in the solicitation.
FOB and Inspection/Acceptance points are as required per the solicitation. Increments and delivery schedule will also be noted in the solicitation.
The solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp on or about 12/30/24. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. Responsible sources may submit an quote/offer, which shall be considered.
All proposals shall be in the English language and in US dollars. Interested suppliers may submit a proposal by the preferred method of uploading through DIBBS or via an email (electronic commerce) sent to kimberly.pozderac@dla.mil. Proposals sent by email cannot exceed 15MB.
