The City of North Las Vegas, Engineering & Construction Services Division, requests Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from firms interested in providing various professional services for a variety of capital improvement projects. The term for SOQ Services is from July 2025 to June 2027. Electronic copies of the SOQ packet may be obtained at the City of North Las Vegas Website or on line at NGEM.com. Each SOQ submittal, must be prepared and submitted in accordance with City instructions.
