This solicitation is being made pursuant to the Competitive Sealed Bidding, Section 3-02 of the New York City Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules. Department of Citywide Administration Services is seeking a qualified vendor to modernize the elevators at 1 Centre Street, New York, NY 10007. Estimated term of the contract is three years.
