J.H. Findorff will be soliciting bids on behalf of Portage County for Phase 1 Portage County Courthouse
Renovation - Family Courts. Drawings will be released by J.H. Findorff utilizing our PlanRoom bidding
software. If you would like to receive these documents, please contact Tyler Spaeth| tspaeth@findorff.com to
be added to PlanRoom. Please note relevant information below about bid submission:
1. Date for documents to be released to bid:
* 07/06/2026
2. Pre-Bid Walk-through
* A pre-bid walkthrough will be held on July 13, 2026 at 9 am. Attendance is optional.
3. Q&A Addendum/Request For Information (RFI)
* Questions/RFI from vendors will be due by 2PM on July 16, 2026 to Tyler Spaeth. The addendum will
be released and added in PlanRoom. Estimated release of Addendum will be End of Business July 20,
2026.
4. Bid Due Date:
Stipulated sum bids exclusively on the provided Bid Form will be received by J.H. Findorff on July 23, 2026
until 2:00 PM. Bids will be submitted electronically to wausaubids@findorff.com with subject line including
project name, RFB#2026-25PC Portage County Courthouse Renovation - Family Courts
* Bids received after this time may not be accepted. Combination bids are acceptable. Only one Bid
Form per Proposal, but any bidder may submit more than one Proposal. No Bid Security is required.
There will not be a public bid opening for this project. Awarded contractors will be notified within one
week of submission by Findorff. Bid acceptance is subject to acceptance by the Owner.
* The CMaR on this project, J.H. Findorff, will be required to submit any bid proposals on trade
packages for this project to Portage County 24 Hours in advance of the due date and time.
