■ Only the following five Contractors can bid on this project as a Prime Contractor:

• Clarke Contracting
• Jilk Heavy Construction, Inc.
• Mike Prlich & Sons, Inc.
• Mladen Buntich Construction Company

♦ This project will conduct tieback testing for existing retaining walls along Tramonto Drive and Bienveneda Avenue in order to evaluate the condition of the retaining walls due to damage from the Palisades Fire.
♦♦ Please note that the Contractor is required to mobilize within one day of receiving Notice to Proceed and shall begin tieback testing within two days of receiving Notice to Proceed.
♦♦♦ Also note: extremely short bid period & email submission of bids
Due to time constraints, no project-specific specs have been issued for this project
