CP1913 GROUP 3 CONTINUED

PARKING GARAGE MAINTENANCE

The City of Charleston Department of Parks is soliciting bids for continued maintenance for four parking garages. Scope includes limited ADA improvements, concrete crack and spalling repairs, joint repairs, restroom improvements, elevator cab finishes, HVAC, Electrical, and miscellaneous painting, etc.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 823 Meeting St. on August 14, 2025, at 10:00 AM. Sealed bids will be received until Thursday, August 28, 2025, at 2:00 PM, at which time they will be publicly opened at 823 Meeting St.

Contractors may obtain a copy of the bid package at aeplanroom.com no earlier than July 28, 2025
