NOTICE TO BIDDERS

CONTRACT NO. #2025-18


1. Sealed bids will be received by the Office of the Village Administrator of Irvington until 11AM on April 2, 2025 at the Village Hall, 85 Main Street, Irvington, NY 10533 for Contract No. 2025-18 (Fireworks) and immediately thereafter the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Court Room in Village Hall at 85 Main Street, Irvington, NY.   Bids can be mailed to the attention of Karen Buccheri, Assistant to the Village Administrator, for receipt by the bid date and time.

2 Specifications and all information relative thereto may be secured at the Village Administrator's Office of said Village. The Village will not be responsible for full or partial sets of contract documents, including any addenda obtained from any other source.

The Board of Trustees reserves the right to waive any formalities and to reject any or all bids.
