Project Summary
County of Mendocino Department of Transportation is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide professional services for the monitoring of vegetation mitigation associated with the Lambert Lane Bridge Replacement Project over Robinson Creek, Boonville. This project, located on County Road 123A at Mile Post 0.10, is designed to ensure compliance with environmental permit conditions, particularly those outlined in the Water Quality Certification (401 Permit) issued by the Regional Water Quality Control Board.
This RFP will also include a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation goal, which must be met or adequately documented through good faith efforts. The County encourages proposals from consultants with a proven track record of successful environmental compliance monitoring and a thorough understanding of local, state, and federal environmental regulations.

Submission Information
Vendors must submit four (4) copies of their proposal: three (3) complete paper copies with original Vendor signature, and one (1) complete copy on USB Flash Drive. The proposal must be formatted in accordance with the instructions of this RFP. Promotional materials may be attached but are not necessary and will not be considered as meeting any of the requirements of this RFP. Proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope or package, clearly marked "Mendocino County RFP No. 250007", and delivered by 3:30 p.m. July 14, 2025 to:
