Project Description: Ada County is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive mail distribution and printing services. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is to establish a contract with a vendor capable of delivering reliable, timely, and cost-effective solutions in support of County operations.
The selected vendor will be responsible for supporting the County’s ongoing communication needs, including the production, processing, and distribution of printed materials and mail for various departments and Elected Offices. Ada County seeks a partner with demonstrated experience, operational capacity, and a commitment to accuracy, security, and customer service.
