Description:

Aiken County is soliciting sealed bids for Langley Pond Fishing Pier. The project will be at 113 Langley Dam Road in Aiken County, South Carolina.

Bid documents will be distributed via electronic digital PDF format only. Bidder assumed all liability for use of the electronic documents. Plan sheets are 24”x36” in dimension with scales noted on each sheet, and the specifications and contract documents are 8.5” x 11” in dimension.

Notes:

Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at the Aiken County Government Center in the Sandlapper Room located on the 1st floor. Wednesday July 23rd @ 10:00 a.m. Site visit will follow for interested parties. Parking on the flagpole side of the building will give you easy access to the first-floor meeting space.
