Solicitation Description:
WMATA is seeking qualified vendors to furnish and install a replacement Building Automation System (BAS) supervisory controller at the Brentwood Rail Yard Facilities. The existing controller has reached manufacturer end-of-support status and will be replaced to restore full system functionality, reliability, and long-term maintainability. The scope of work includes providing and installing one (1) JACE 9000 supervisory controller with required licensing, removal of the existing controller (to be retained by WMATA), and full commissioning and integration into the existing Niagara BAS network. Services shall also include system configuration, training for WMATA personnel, warranty coverage, and delivery of complete as-built drawings and final documentation. All work shall be performed in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and WMATA requirements to ensure a fully operational and supported BAS supervisory system.
