Multiple RN Services for the OB/GYN and Medical Surgery Department at the Northern Navajo Medical Center

The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit, located in Shiprock, New Mexico has multiple upcoming requirements for Registered Nursing Services, three (3) positions in the OB/GYN department and six (6) positions in the Medical Surgery department, at Northern Navajo Medical Center.

The Period of Performance for each requirement will be accomplished in a Base + one (1) Option Period format. The Base period will be for six (6) months, followed by another six (6) month option period, for a total of 12 continuous months starting from the Date of Award (i.e. 01/10/2023 – 01/09/2024).

The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 561320 with a small business size standard of $30M.

The Request for Quotations No. NNMC_RN_0010-OB, for the OB/GYN dept., and NNMC_RN_0010-MS using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by December 11, 2024.

Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need, minimum education requirements, professional certifications, past performance, and price.

Quotes will be due on or by December 24, 2024. The acquisition will be set-aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE).

In accordance with 52.204-7(b)(1) prospective contractors must have – and maintain (in accordance with 52.204-13(c) – an active profile in the System for Award Management at beta.SAM.gov in order to submit a quote.
