Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for Bid #2026-01 Demolition of Ablett Village and Alfred
Cramer Site A Located in the City of Camden, NJ for the Camden County Improvement Authority
will be received, opened and read in public at the Camden County Improvement Authority’s
Office, 520 Market Street, 1st Floor Lobby, Camden, NJ 08102 on Tuesday, February 10, 2026
at 11:00 AM prevailing time by the Camden County Improvement Authority or their designee.
It is recommended that each bid be sent by U.S. Mail to the Camden County Improvement
Authority’s Office, 520 Market Street, 6th Floor, Suite 6400, Camden, NJ 08102. If hand-
delivered, bids must be dropped off at the Camden County Improvement Authority, 520
Market Street, 6th Floor, Camden, NJ 08102. The CCIA assumes no responsibility for delays
in any form of carrier, mail or delivery service causing the bid to be received at the CCIA
later than the above-referenced scheduled opening.
All bidder questions and Requests for Information (RFI) must be submitted in writing to the
Project Engineer Marco Carulli at marco.Carulli@rve.com by 4:00 p.m. on Monday, January
26, 2026
Prospective bidders are advised that the Project is subject to a Project Labor Agreement
(PLA). The PLA will be binding upon al Contractors performing on-site Project work, as
defined in Article 3 of the PLA. The PLA will be included in the bid specifications.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c.127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27) and
N.J.S.A 10:5-31 et seq.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1999, c. 238, (N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.48
to 57) where applicable.
All bidders are responsible for obtaining complete bid documentation from Remington & Vernick
as listed above. Bidders can obtain electronic copies of the Bid Specifications by emailing
Marco Carulli at Marco.Carulli@rve.com In the event of any inconsistencies between this
advertisement, as published, and the bid documentation, the bid documentation shall control.
