Project Description: The City of Palm Coast is soliciting bids from qualified and experienced vendors for the furnishing, delivery, and installation of a bio-trickling odor control unit at Pump Station 13-1 2500 Palm Coast Parkway. The system will be designed to effectively reduce hydrogen sulfide (H₂S), volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and other odors associated with wastewater lift station operations.
