Lakefront Environmental Operation and Maintenance Services for Permanent Containment Cells at former OMC Sites/Harbor

The City of Waukegan is requesting proposals for a 4-year contract to provide environmental operation and maintenance services for permanent containment cells at the former OMC Sites/Waukegan Harbor (collectively, the “site”).

Proposals shall be submitted as written proposals along with the last page (Proposal Form) included in this RFP.

Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, plainly marked on the outside with the name and address of the proposer and the words:

Proposals shall be addressed to City of Waukegan – Clerk’s Office, 100 N. Martin Luther King Jr. Ave., Waukegan Illinois 60085 and must be received before 9:00 am on April 2, 2026.

Each proposer, by making a proposal to furnish the aforementioned item(s), signifies their intention and good faith to enter into a contract with the City of Waukegan should they be awarded the contract.
