The City of Missoula Redevelopment Agency (MRA) is requesting professional planning, design, and engineering services to update the North Reserve-Scott Street Master Plan (Master Plan Update) for the North Reserve-Scott Street Urban Renewal District (NRSS URD). The Study Area includes the NRSS URD and the area located in Missoula County between North Reserve Street and Scott Street, south of Interstate-90, and north of West Broadway Street. The Master Plan Update will provide the MRA and City with current strategies, tools, and actions to support redevelopment in the Study Area and establish a vision to guide new private investment in the area. Proposals shall be submitted in Adobe PDF format and are limited to 15 pages containing text or graphics. Team member resumes can be included in an appendix and are not subject to the 15-page limit. Information contained in the proposals is discoverable if a public information is made. Please make note of proprietary content, where applicable. Cost information should not be included in the body of the proposal. It should be provided separately, at the request of City staff.
