On-Call Geotechnical Engineering Services

Project Description: The Matanuska-Susitna Borough is requesting proposals from qualified geotechnical engineering firms to provide subsurface investigation, geotechnical analysis, and reporting services for public infrastructure projects throughout the Borough.
These services will primarily support preliminary engineering, design, and construction phases by evaluating subsurface conditions and providing geotechnical recommendations for foundations, embankments, pavements, retaining structures, and related infrastructure. Work will typically include field investigation (drilling and test pits), laboratory testing coordination, engineering analysis, and preparation of geotechnical reports.
Questions or requests for clarifications shall be directed to the Borough’s Purchasing Office. Questions or requests for clarification directed to any other member of the Borough staff, or consultants may be grounds for rejection of proposal as being irregular.
