Project Description: Louisville Metro Government is seeking proposals from qualified firms for planning and engineering design services for South 4th Street (W. Liberty Street to River Road) in downtown Louisville, Kentucky. The project will build off the conceptual framework established by the Louisville Downtown Partnership (LDP) through the Reimagining 4th Street Conceptual Plan (authored by Melk) in late 2024 which establishes the corridor as more of a pedestrian boulevard that connects the city to the Ohio River.
