The 126th Base Contracting Office is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) to award a single Firm Fixed Price Contract. This project is solicited as a Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS is 236220, the small business size standard is $45.0 Million. The magnitude of this project is betw een $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Award will be made to the offeror who represents the best value to the Government as outlined in accordance with the criteria set forth within the solicitation.

Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available. This is a high priority project, and funds are anticipated to be recieved after anticipated contract costs are known.

A pre-bid conference will be conducted on 20 August 2025 at 8:00AM CDT for the purposes of briefing on the bid requirements and answering questions regarding this solicitation.

The bid opening will occur at the time and date specified in Block 13 of the SF1442 at 126th Air Refueling Wing Wing, 126 Air Guard Way Bldg 5000, Room 137, Scott Air Force Base, IL 62225. All interested offerors and their major subcontractors are encouraged to attend the bid opening.
