Preventive Maintenance of Boiler Systems & Ancillary Equipment
Description:

The NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH) and Mid-Hudson Forensic Psychiatric Center, located at 2834 Route 17M, New Hampton, NY 10958, are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance of Boiler Systems & Ancillary Equipment at the facility.

Award will result in a five-year contract effective 01/01/2026.

The Scope of Work with preventative maintenance tasks, equipment list, schedule matrix, etc. is detailed in Appendix D of the attached draft contract boilerplate. Interested vendors should review the contract boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used to submit your bid.

A mandatory site visit will be held at the facility on Tuesday, May 20, 2025 at 10:00am ET. Directions to the site visit are provided in the IFB instructions. Site visit registration can be accomplished by completing and sending the Site Visit Registration Form (Attachment B of the IFB) no later than Monday, May 19, 2025 at 3:00pm ET.

Questions from bidders attending the site visit are to be submitted by Tuesday, May 27, 2025 by 3:00pm ET per the instructions in the IFB. Questions and answers will be sent to all bidders attending the site visit, as well as posted to this ad, by Tuesday, June 3, 2025.

Bids are due no later than 3:00pm ET on Tuesday, June 10, 2025.

New York State Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Rates apply to this contract.
