a. Background: The Government is conducting market research to identify companies as potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to respond to the requirements competently and competitively. The contractor shall provide maintenance on Paint Booth, Blast Booth, Blast Cabinet, and Paint-Gun Cleaner located at 435 CTS, Bldg. 713 IAW the manufacturer’s recommended schedules to ensure reliable and continuous safe operation. The maintenance shall be performed IAW standard commercial practices, technical guidelines and the manufacturer’s most current recommendations. The contractor shall submit maintenance reports, as shown in paragraph 1.5 of PWS. Only companies/personnel trained/certified and authorized by the manufacturer for the service as required shall perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs. Please See attached PWS
b. Although “proposal” and “offeror” are used in this Sources Sought Synopsis, your response will be treated as information only. It shall not be used as a proposal.
c. Program Requirements: All services shall be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and follow all applicable German and EU laws in their current version and conform to standard commercial practices.
