Description
This project is for the delivery and installation of two modular classroom units at St. Francis of Assisi Academy located in De Winton, Alberta. Pre-Qualified General Contractors will be invited to bid.
The successful proponent will be required to organize the site preparation, delivery logistics, placement, utility connections, and final setup as outlined in the specifications to ensure that the classrooms are ready for use. The goal is to complete all work no later than July 1, 2026, allowing the new spaces to be operational for the start of the school year.
