Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested.



The Requirement:

The USDA Forest Service (FS), Idaho Panhandle National Forest, requires monthly routine maintenance and repair services for one (1) three-story hydraulic elevator. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, and materials necessary as described in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).



Contract Type: Firm-Fixed Price (FFP).

Period of Performance: One (1) Base Year with four (4) one-year Option Periods.



Submission Requirements



To be considered responsive, offerors must submit the following:




  1. Price: Completed Schedule of Items for all years.

  2. Technical Approach:

    • Brief narrative of maintenance steps for this specific hydraulic unit.

    • Evidence of 60-minute on-site response time capability.

    • Sample commercial inspection checklist.

    • Confirmation of technician qualifications and background checks.



  3. Past Performance: List of relevant contracts or references

  4. Completed form 1449 boxes 17a, 30a-c



Evaluation and Award



Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote is determined to be the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. This is a Comparative Evaluation conducted IAW FAR 12.602
