Continuing Services Contract for Design of FDOT LAP Projects

The City of St. Petersburg, Florida (“City”), is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) and intends to award a maximum of five (5) contracts from FDOT pre-qualified firms or individuals interested in performing the professional services described in this RFQ. Firms should be pre-qualified by FDOT in Major and Minor Work Types: 3.1, 3.2, 4.1, 7.0, and 8.0. A detailed description of the Scope of Services is contained in Section 5.

P rojects included in the Continuing Services Contract for Design of Florida Department of Transportation (“FDOT”) Local Agency Program (“LAP”) Projects may be funded by the City of St. Petersburg, by the FDOT, by other agencies or by a combination of funding sources. All projects within this RFQ shall be designed and constructed in conformance with the funding agency’s requirements, i.e. FDOT and/or Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). Projects funded by FDOT are contingent upon legislative appropriation in funding year and are subject to change.
