Preventive Maintenance Specifications – Irrigation System

Site Visit Required: September 1, 2026, Between the hours of 8:00 A.M.- 3:30 PM

Location: 686 Discovery Drive, Huntsville 35806

System Details: Hunter Controller, 100 sprinkler heads, 6 irrigation zones

Service will occur between October 1 ^st ,2026 and September 30 ^th ,2027

1. Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide preventive maintenance services for the site’s irrigation system to ensure optimal performance, water efficiency, and longevity of system components. Services include spring start-up, mid-season checks, emergency leaks, and winterization, as described herein. The contractor shall also repair all damaged sprinkler heads and leaks discovered during service.

1. Spring Start-Up (March–April)
2. Mid-Season Inspection (June/July)
3. Winterization (October)

Note: All visits should be called and scheduled through building manager or business administrator.
