System Details: Hunter Controller, 100 sprinkler heads, 6 irrigation zones


Service will occur between October 1 st ,2026 and September 30 th ,2027

Additional Information

1. Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide preventive maintenance services for the site’s irrigation system to ensure optimal performance, water efficiency, and longevity of system components. Services include spring start-up, mid-season checks, emergency leaks, and winterization, as described herein. The contractor shall also repair all damaged sprinkler heads and leaks discovered during service.

2. Service Schedule
  1. Spring Start-Up (March–April)
  2. Mid-Season Inspection (June/July)
  3. Winterization (October)

The contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the work, including air compressors for winterization, testing tools, and replacement sprinkler heads, nozzles, and fittings for repairs. 7. Deliverables
