Justification and Approval for Handshake Premium

This requirement is in support of GSA OHRM - Office of Human Resources Management, Director of the National Recruitment Center, located at 1800 F Street, NW Washington, D.C. 20405. The contracting activity is the Office of Internal Acquisition (OIA), 1800 F Street NW, Washington, DC 20405.

This requirement is to provide five years of Handshake Premium products, including Talent Engagement Suite, Federal Expert Assist, Insights, Event Manager and Branding, with 30 licenses. The service supports the mission of the Director of the National Recruitment Center, Office of Human Resources Management by providing access to Handshake Premium, which is the premier online recruiting platform for college students.
