Beede Lap Pool UV Light System Design and Installation

The Beede Swim and Fitness Center, acting through the Town Manager’s Office, is soliciting Invitation for Bids (IFB) from experienced, qualified contractors to conduct an on-site assessment of the Beede Lap Pool infrastructure to determine the optimal placement and determination of suitability of the UV light system and installation of the UV light system at the Beede Swim and Fitness Center located at 498 Walden Street, Concord, MA 01742.

Bids are due by 2:00 PM, Thursday, December 12, 2024, at the Town of Concord’s Procurement Office located at Finance Administration Office, 1 ^st Floor, Town House, 22 Monument Square, Concord, MA 01742.  Bids should be delivered to the attention of Gail Dowd, Interim Procurement Manager, Town of Concord, Finance Administration, 1 ^st Floor, 22 Monument Square, Concord, MA 01742 by the established deadline.

An optional site visit will be held at the Beede Swim and Fitness Center located at 498 Walden Street, Concord, MA 01742 on Thursday, November 21, 2024, at 10:00 AM.  All interested firms will have the opportunity to ask questions of the Town’s project representatives and conduct a walkthrough for measuring and estimating the project at that time.
