Description
The Province, as represented by the Minister of Forests through BC Wildfire Service (“BCWS”), is seeking proposals from Proponents that have demonstrable capacity, capability and experience to supply and deliver various types of Safety Glasses to the BCWS Provincial Equipment Depots located in Chilliwack and Prince George, British Columbia.The initial term of the contract is anticipated to be one (1) year (the “Initial Term”). The Contract will have three (3) one-year extension options in favor of and exercisable by the Province, in its sole and absolute discretion.
Services are to be supplied on an as, if and when requested basis.
The Ministry intends to enter into a Contract with one successful Proponent.
Throughout the Contract Term, the requirement for supply services will vary based on wildfire and or natural disaster emergency response activities and timelines. The Province is seeking a Proponent who can be responsive and adaptive to increased or decreased supply demands.
