Summary Details
This Request for Quotations is an invitation by the District of Summerland to prospective Respondents to submit non-binding Quotations for the provision the provision of one (1) Puller Tensioner Trailer.

Submission of Quotations
To be considered, Quotations must be submitted via bids&tenders electronic bid submission functionality or by email in accordance with the instructions in the RFQ. Quotations must be received no later than the Opportunity Closing Date & Time. It is solely the responsibility of the Respondent to ensure that the Quotation is received on time. There will be no public opening.

Term of Engagement
The District desires delivery to occur as quickly as possible. The District would prefer to the unit to arrive by June 1, 2026 and requires it by no later than September 1, 2026.
Conditions for Participation and Requirements to Request to Participate
Quotations not clearly demonstrating that they meet the following mandatory criteria will be excluded from further consideration in the evaluation process.Mandatory Criteria:1The Quotation must be received by the Closing Date and Time, in accordance with the requirements of Section 3.1 – Opportunity Schedule2The Quotation must be submitted in accordance with the requirements of Section 3.8 – Submission of Quotations3The Quotation must include the following completed forms:                        Appendix B – Quotation Form                                Appendix C – Specifications Form
The Supplier shall provide the District with proof of the following prior to beginning work on this project:A valid Business License.        Commercial General Liability Insurance coverage in the amount of $5,000,000, with coverage for products and completed operations, naming the District as an Additional Insured.Procurement Method
