RFI #1 Question: Section 01 35 26 1.9A States a Full-Time SSHO is required with no other duties and Section 01 35 26 1.9C states the SSHO has to be a separated qualified individual from the Prime Contractor s Superintendent and/or Quality Control Manager with only duties as the SSHO. Is this VA s wishes as it will add additional costs to the this small project?
Answer: The superintendent can be the SSHO.
RFI #2 Question: Can the Superintendent wear the same hat as the SSHO?

RFI #3 Question: Does the GC need to provide a Superintendent for this project?
Answer: A superintendent must be designated for this project to be a main POC for the VA. RFI #4 Question: Who is the JCI contact for Ft. Thomas and Cincinnati VA s?
