    BID OPENING:
    DECEMBER 18, 2025, AT 2:00 PM
    MANDATORY PRE - BID MEETING DECEMBER 9, 2025, at 1:00 pm in the NCDOT Division 7 Office,
    locate at 1504 Yanceyville St., Greensboro, NC 27405.
    The date of availability for this project is January 26, 2026.
    The completion date for this project is January 25, 2027.
    There are no MBE/WBE Goals for this project.
    The North Carolina Department of Transportation is requesting bids installation of replacement reflectors
    for permanent raised pavement markers and installation of snowplowable pavement markers as
    needed in Alamance, Caswell, Guilford, Orange and Rockingham Counties. All quantities are
    estimates. The Contractor shall furnish labor, equipment, and materials.
    Contractor’s bidding this NCDOT contract will not be required to sign up for the Interested Parties
    List to submit a bid.
    The North Carolina Department of Transportation, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil
    Rights of 1964 (78 Stat. 252) and the Regulations of the Department of Transportation (49 C.F.R., Part 21),
    issued pursuant to such act, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that the contract
    entered into pursuant to this notice will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder without discrimination
    on the grounds of sex, race, color, or national origin.
    BID OPENING
    Bids must be received at the NCDOT Division 7 Office, 1584 Yanceyville Street, Greensboro, NC 27405,
    by 2:00 p.m. on December 18, 2025. Bids will be opened and publicly read at the NCDOT Division 7

    THIS PROJECT WILL NOT BE BID ELECTRONICALLY.

    The printing of all bid-related documents, including the proposal, plans and any supplemental project
    information shall be the responsibility of the bidder. Division 7 no longer provides hard copies of bid
    documents.
    PREQUALIFYING TO BID
    All prospective bidders shall be prequalified with the Department of Transportation prior to submitting a bid.
    Contractors who are not prequalified may obtain information and forms for prequalifying from the
    Contractual Services Unit, Division of Highways, Department of Transportation, 1509 Mail Service Center,
    Raleigh, NC. All required prequalification statements and documents shall be filed with the Contractual
    Services Unit at least four weeks prior to the date of opening bids.
