Project Description: Richland Park – Sheffield to Tiffany and Richland Park – Stillmeadow to Wentworth is a 2021 Bond Program project that is part of the City Council's continued focus on maintaining and improving our infrastructure to meet our community's needs. The project aims to replace 8,500 square yards of concrete pavement, sidewalks, pedestrian ramps, 2,000 feet of sanitary sewer line, 300 feet of storm drain line, and 1,700 feet of water line installation along Richland Park Drive. For bidding purposes, it is estimated that the City will spend approximately $2,481,523.93 for this project.
