Keystone North Segment Pipe ? MATERIALS ONLY

Clay County Utility Authority is requesting quotes for the materials required for underground utility work required in Keystone Heights, FL.

The quotation must remain firm for ninety (90) calendar days from the date the Quotation is due.

CCUA reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities as deemed necessary to meet operational needs. Any adjustments in quantities shall be subject to the terms, conditions and pricing established herein.

Material will be delivered to CCUA's WTP in Keystone Heights, FL and will require 48-hour advance notice.

Please note CCUA is tax exempt under Florida Statutes Section 212. As such, we are not subject to sales tax. A copy of our tax exemption certificate is available upon request.

All tariffs, duties, taxes, and related charges must be clearly identified and itemized in the vendor’s submitted quotation. No increases, surcharges, or additional costs related to tariffs or duties will be honored or paid by CCUA unless explicitly included in the original quotation and acknowledged on the resulting Purchasing Order.
