This Request for Proposal (RFP) is being issued to identify qualified firms and solicit proposals to provide on-call translation, interpretation, and bilingual testing services. Proposals should clearly indicate the proposed approach to providing these services. The City intends to award multiple contracts and reserves the right to award any number of contracts it deems necessary. Proposers can bid on any one or all of the tasks.
