Project Description: Sealed proposals for the following item for the City of Erie will be received on PennBid (https://pennbid.net)until 10:00 am prevailing local time on Tuesday, May 26th, 2026:
Bid # 1842-26 – West 8th Street Reconstruction
This project is subject to coverage under Prevailing Wage and related acts. Contractors bidding shall comply with the City of Erie’s MBE and WBE Policy.
Bid # 1842-26 will be financed through Local Share Account (LSA) funds. Bids shall be made upon the official proposal forms on the PennBid Website.
Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid bond in the form of a Corporate Surety Bond, Certified Check, Cashiers Check or Certificate of Deposit in the sum of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid.
